Allama Muhammad Iqbal’s concept of power revolves around the Quranic concept of Power. Though it is present in his preliminary works as a raw material, it is presented systematically in ‘Asrar-e-Khudi’ and ‘Rumuz-e-Bekhudi’ and is further elaborated afterwards in his literary and philosophical works. Iqbal regards Khudi as a form of power. The power of Khudi is strengthened by the power of Ishq and is weakened by Asking. It gains dominion over all types of the forces of the universe. It has three stages in its particular sense: Obedience of Allah Almighty, Self-control over wishes and Divine Vicegerency. To Iqbal, The Ideal powerful man was the Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H.). Iqbal was of the opinion that the purpose of the powerful man should to exalt the Word of Allah. He proceeded how individuals transform their powers of Khudi into the power of Community. In this connection, Quran plays the core role to construct Muslim Nation. Abiding by the Constitution of Quran, the Community can control the Forces of the World Order.
