Abstract

This research paper is related to view, Iqbal's pure islamic concept of Ego in the perspective time theory.Iqbal's fame as philosopher poet is indisputable.In the perspective of modern thought and adopting the method of expression of western thought, Iqbal has presented such a concept of Islamic Metaphysics which is matchless.
Iqbal declares ego and knowledge of ego,the basis of his philosophy. To him, time is an effective reality from universal point of view. But the limits of time and space,whose objects are limited to two forms,cannot be applied to ego. After determining the nature of time, Iqbal discussing the problem of fate, talks about individual survival(eternity) that life after death is not an external incident but a completion of biological process.
