Abstract

Allama Iqbal used two languages to express his poetic works: Urdu and Persian. In prose he adopted Urdu and English as medium of expression. Apart from poetry and prose writings, Allama Iqbal wrote detailed letters on various topics. Through these letters, where various aspects of his personal life come to light, it also helps to understand his point of view on national and global issues. In these letters some such collective issues have also been discussed, regarding which his point of view is not found in any other of his work with such clarity.
