Abstract

Various Quranic Verses are available in Iqbal's Poetry in reference to Mi'rage un Nabi, which were arranged in a repetitive manner. Sufr e Mi'raj has given Iqbal's thought a motivation and vision of an infinite power to accelerate his poetic intuition. The most high lighted (brightest) chapter of his thoughts and the distinguishing factor of identity recognition is a revolutionary lesson of continuous endeavour. The creation of Javed Nama is a wonderful manifestation of Iqbal's impressions about Sufr e Mi'raj (Travel of Mi'raj). Iqbal has also expressed his thoughts (about Mi'raj) at various places in his lectures (Khutbat). Attempts have been made in this article to cover such poetic sentiments and ideas of Iqbal related to Mi'raj.
